Refund policy

We want you to love your lamp — but if something's wrong, we've got you covered.

🔄 Returns You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

• The lamp must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must include photo evidence of damage or incorrect item.

We do not accept returns for:

• Buyer's remorse (e.g. "I changed my mind")
• Lamps that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Orders with incorrect addresses provided at checkout

💸 Refunds Once we receive and inspect the return (or verify damage with photos), we'll issue a refund back to your original payment method. This may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your account.

🚫 No Exchanges Because our stock is limited and fulfillment is fast, we don't offer exchanges at this time.

🚚 Return Shipping Return shipping is covered only if:

• The lamp arrives broken, defective, or incorrect.

Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
